Managing Director
Jawahar LaL Vig
Promoter & Director of the Company. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from Delhi University.He has nearly three decades of experience in the Timber and Packaging Market. He started his entrepreneurial journey in 1989 as a Partner in Shree Laxmi Timber Traders & Saw Mill.
Later in the year 1999, He entered food and hospitality sector by opening three-star hotel in Jamshedpur, Shaurya Inn. In the year 2014, Shaurya Inn was expanded for providing Industrial Canteen & Hospitality Services. Mr. Vig’s keen eyes to details and intriguing nature lead him to grow his business venture to greater heights by investing in Sponge Iron Business.
In 2014, He acquired a loss making Sponge Iron Plant, Jai Mangla Sponge Iron Pvt. Ltd and with greater understanding of global market, He managed to turn it into a profitable business within two years of its acquisition by exporting 100% of produced goods to Bangladesh.
His vision for reducing Carbon footprint has led to the formation of Swift Strips India Pvt. Ltd to recycle Aluminium. In the upcoming year he will lead the company into high end technology product manufacturing with the support of the Prestigious National Metallurgical Ltd., Jamshedpur.

Harish Vig
Promoter Director of the Company. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science from Ranchi University. He also has more than 25 years of rich experience in corporate finance and strategic management in the field of Sponge Iron Manufacturing (DRI) Iron Ore Mining and Stone Aggregate Crushing. He is a veteran of marketing and restructuring of business operations

Om Prakash Jaggi
He is the man with over 45 years of experience in timber and packaging business. He started his career with transportation of wood across India. He is the key managerial person of the firm since its inception. He played a major role in shaping the firm and helping it grow to its current stature.

Bhuvan Mohan Lal
Has recently joined the SLTT Group as Director Swift Strips India Pvt. Ltd. He is a Cost Accountant and has served in National Insurance Co., Central Excise & Customs and Tata Steel. He has an experience of over 30 years in Stakeholders Management, Human resource, Finance and Strategic Management.
